Infrastructure Program Support Specialist

Key Role:

Provide program management and technical support for international infrastructure projects and facilities initiatives that enable U.S. and allied operations. Conduct lifecycle planning, communication and coordination with host nations, and governance support of bilateral programs. Work closely with U.S. and international partners to assess requirements, develop solutions, and implement projects that comply with international agreements while enhancing mission effectiveness. Support the client by providing lifecycle planning of infrastructure and facilities that support operations at multiple international locations. Participate as a member of cross-functional teams assessing regional infrastructure requirements, evaluating capabilities, identifying required resources, developing execution plans, and monitoring progress to achieve infrastructure capability and capacity goals. Support client with co-chair duties in various countries preparing products and agendas, reviewing documents, coordinate meetings and execute events. Provide technical advice that enables client's ability to enhance program efficiencies through common interests with external organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with NATO planning or resourcing

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in DoD infrastructure planning and execution, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in DoD infrastructure planning and execution 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and implementing Area Development Plans

  • Experience with DoD service component commands

  • Experience working with DoD joint planning process

  • Experience working in a DoD joint overseas environment

  • Experience with project or program Management

  • Experience with international agreements and DoD budget cycles

  • Knowledge of Geospatial systems, such as ArcGIS or similar, and agencies

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • PMP certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
