Manufacturing Specialist (m/f/d)

Seit 10 Jahren stellt PL BioScience tierfreie Produkte für die Zellkultur her, die weltweit in der Grundlagenforschung, translationalen Forschung und Zelltherapie eingesetzt werden. Mit unserem Team aus Spezialisten setzen wir uns leidenschaftlich dafür ein, biomedizinische Entwicklungen durch unsere nachhaltigen Human Platelet Lysate (HPL)-Produkte zu beschleunigen.
Zur Verstärkung unseres kaufmännischen Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Finanzbuchhalter*in (m/w/d), der/die unsere Buchhaltungsprozesse mit Fachkenntnis, Sorgfalt und Teamgeist unterstützt.
Du bringst Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, hast ein Auge fürs Detail und arbeitest gerne strukturiert? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte mit uns gemeinsam die finanzielle Grundlage für nachhaltige Innovationen in der Zelltherapie
Deine Aufgaben
Bearbeitung der laufenden Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung;
Abstimmung und Pflege von Konten sowie Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs;
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen;
Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen;
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse;
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling und externen Steuerberatern.
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung;
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie im deutschen Steuerrecht;
Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV Unternehmen Online und MS Office (insbesondere Excel);
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise;
Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.
