We deliver the graphene solutionThe RoleThis position is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of all critical water and wastewater systems on site, including Ultrapure Water (UPW), Process Cooling Water (PCW), Industrial Reclaim, and Wastewater Treatment (WWT). The role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting these systems while supporting equipment and maintenance engineers with system-specific needs. The specialist ensures high uptime and compliance by performing laboratory testing, maintaining safety and environmental standards, and coordinating with relevant authorities. Continuous improvement of processes, resource consumption, and operational efficiency is a key part of the role, making this position essential for stable and safe facility operations in a high-tech manufacturing environmentTo join our team, you should be excited toOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot the Ultrapure Water (UPW), Process Cooling Water (PCW), Industrial Reclaim, and Industrial Wastewater Treatment (WWT) systems & equipment. Support equipment engineers and equipment maintenance Engineers regarding their systems and demandsEnsure uptime and availability of all systems for the sitePerforming laboratory testing of critical parameters and documentation Establish and maintain safety policies, following all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs and compliance to regulationsCommunication with all authoritiesDrive Continuous Improvement for work procedures and consumption reduction programsYour QualificationsCompleted technical training such as Fachkraft für Wasserversorgungstechnik / Abwassertechnik, or a technical vocational qualification / applied sciences degree (Technische Berufsausbildung / Studium FH)Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting UPW, PCW, industrial reclaim, and wastewater treatment systems, ideally within semiconductor manufacturing or chemical plantsStrong understanding of safety regulations and compliance, with ability to communicate effectively with authorities and perform laboratory testing and documentation of critical parametersProven ability to ensure high system uptime, support equipment engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement in processes and consumptionLanguage skills: German and English proficiencyOur work culturePeople Over Processes.
