Trainee Visual Merchandising & Brand Activation (m/w/d)
und unterstütze uns dabei, unsere Corporate Brands über alle Kanäle hinweg zum Leben zu erwecken

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Visual-Merchandising-Konzepten für Omnichannel-Aktivierungen
  • Übersetzung der globalen Markenstrategie in POS-Storytelling –inkl. Agenturen-Briefing & Erstellung ansprechender Visual Merchandising-Konzepte
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von VM-Guidelines und Planogrammen
  • Beitrag zur einheitlichen Umsetzung von VM-Standards in den Märkten
  • Unterstützung beim Management von POS-Möbeln, Displays und Aktivierungselementen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Brand Management, Retail, Store Format & Design teams
  • Koordination von Lieferanten und Produzenten für POS-Materialien (schnell, nachhaltig, kosteneffizient)
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivierungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswertung von Aktivierungs-Erfolgen und Ableitung von Learnings

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design o.ä.
  • Leidenschaft für Retail, Markeninszenierung und Ästhetik
  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Teamgeist
  • Sehr gutes Englisch (Deutsch von Vorteil)
