Head of Thought Leadership Lead

We're looking for a Head of Thought Leadership Lead to define and elevate AutoStore's intellectual voice globally – transforming our technology, innovation, and ecosystem insights into ideas that shape industry narrative, influence decision-makers, and build long-term brand equity.

You will partner across Brand, Product Marketing, PR, Events & Community, and regional teams to position AutoStore as the intellectual and connective hub of the global fulfilment ecosystem.

• Define AutoStore's annual thought leadership agenda, including key ownership territories that guide where and how the company contributes to industry conversations.
• Translate trends, market intelligence, and internal expertise into cohesive narratives and storytelling frameworks.
• Develop and oversee thought leadership formats such as podcasts, interview series, newsletters, reports, and keynote content.
• Commission and produce proprietary research, studies, and whitepapers that reinforce AutoStore's authority.
• Build relationships with internal and external subject matter experts; feature these voices across AutoStore's formats and maintain an engagement cadence that strengthens influence.
• Partner with Events & Community to bring thought leadership themes to life through summits, roundtables, partner forums, and customer conversations.
• Provide modular messaging, tools, and localized formats that enable each region to activate the global thought leadership strategy effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in content marketing, PR, or communications
• A strong portfolio showing thought leadership and/or editorial leadership
• Genuine curiosity about warehouse automation and intelligent fulfilment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics
