Performance Media Specialist, Region Central Europe

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You contribute to customer growth, brand strength, omni traffic and sales in Region Central Europe by executing performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and efficiently, following briefs and insights, to drive business growth. You collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and customer-centric experience that supports both regional business goals and global strategies.
You will:
- Coordinate performance marketing campaign execution across channels including Search, Social, Affiliate, Display and online video according to briefs, guidelines and best practices.
- Align with agencies and internal teams across different functions to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and necessary assets and maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams including CRM, creative, and analytics.
- Support translating global performance media strategies into actionable regional plans and optimize investments across channels and countries.
- Support regional forecasting and performance budgeting in close collaboration with global media teams and performance media lead.
- Identify growth opportunities using customer insights and align with local and regional Customer Activation teams.
- Collaborate with multiple regional agency teams to deliver against performance goals and customer-centric guidelines.
- Assist in performance marketing budget tracking and invoicing.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver ad-hoc and recurring reports for senior team members and internal stakeholders.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Customer Activation & Marketing function creates seamless and inspiring journeys that attract new customers, increase traffic (digital and physical), and elevate our brand. We work cross-functionally to translate data and insights into holistic plans—from communication and campaigns to membership strategies.
The Media function drives customer engagement, brand growth, and sales through impactful strategies across paid, performance, and owned channels.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- min. 3 years of experience in performance marketing from agency, client, or ad platform side.
- Operational expertise in performance media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, affiliate networks).
- Experience working with large budgets and coordinating complex tasks with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of SEO principles and digital customer acquisition.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken); local language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. The role is a hybrid role, based in Berlin (preferred) or Hamburg, with the expectation of working from our office for three days per week.
