ResponsibilitiesEstablish, develop, and build new business relationships with our customers
Execute sales activities
Plan, lead, and coordinate customer meetings
Prepare proposals, handle sales processes, and manage tenders
Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Build strong relationships with our skilled consultants and internal teams
Achieve your annual sales targets – Not needed here, its what they run for but we dont need this to reflect here
Ability to understand an organization's business drivers, challenges, and needs – and how ServiceNow and TCP Solutions can address them
Experience with lead generation, telemarketing, or new sales (preferably within larger enterprises/enterprise markets)
Solid understanding of sales processes and the ability to navigate and drive long, complex sales cycles
Strong presentation skills, including through digital tools
German language as either native or C1 or higher German language skills in speaking and writing
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong relationship-building capabilities – able to establish long-lasting relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and colleagues
Experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem or with IT Service Management and the sale of complex Service Management solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement
