to join our Operations Team, that is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing processes for AUTO1 at an international scale in our AUTO1 Group Operations Department. Job Description

  • Lead international projects, optimizing business processes and identify growth opportunities across diverse markets
  • Define, implement, and monitor process improvements, specifying requirements for both immediate and strategic solutions
  • Coordinate with EU-wide Operations teams, supporting collaboration and alignment on targets and best practices
  • Design and execute high-impact business initiatives, taking ownership from conception through implementation
  • Participate in multi-departmental and international strategy meetings to assess results and set future goals
  • Create and analyze reports to track Operations KPIs, delivering actionable insights for performance optimization

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in project management or management consulting, preferably in dynamic or international environments
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
