The Role
We're growing fast and are looking for two exceptional Product Marketing Managers to define how our products and features come to life for patients - from first interaction to long-term engagement. One will drive Acquisition (market-facing) , and the other will champion Patient Experience (product-facing) . Across both roles, you will ensure that Oviva's messaging is strategic, consistent, evidence-based, and tailored to diverse audiences across multiple markets.
- Solid product marketing experience, ideally across multi-persona or complex product environments.
- Track record of owning successful go-to-market plans or feature rollouts end-to-end.
- Skilled at building sharp messaging frameworks and compelling product narratives.
- Able to translate technical or clinical concepts into clear, motivating communication.
- Strong collaborator who can influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable using data, research, and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Excellent written and spoken German (C1/C2) and English.
Thrives in remote, cross-functional teams and fast-moving environments.
Own messaging, positioning, and visuals for either acquisition campaigns (prospects, doctors, new patients) or patient-facing communications (onboarding, in-app, retention).
- Craft clear, compelling narratives that communicate product value across audiences and markets.
- Support end-to-end go-to-market or feature rollout strategies, ensuring alignment with audience needs and product goals.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Pathway, and Clinical teams to deliver consistent, high-quality communication across all touchpoints.
- Conduct or interpret research to understand prospect, doctor, or patient motivations and behaviours, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Shape product and growth decisions by feeding insights back into Product and cross-functional partners.
- Create clear enablement materials (FAQs, talk tracks, feature overviews) that support internal understanding and execution.
- Monitor funnel, engagement, retention, and represcription metrics to refine messaging and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support experimentation through clear hypotheses, message variations, and structured testing to optimise performance.
