Dein Highlight im Job

Du übernimmst die Leitung unseres BI-Teams und gestaltest aktiv unsere unternehmensweite Datenstrategie. Dabei bist du sowohl operativ (ca. 50 %) als auch führend (ca. 50%) tätig.

Deine neue Rolle
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer BI-Plattform mit Fokus auf die Implementierung von ETL-Prozessen in AWS, die Datenhaltung im Data Warehouse mit Amazon Redshift und das Reporting mit QlikSense 
  • Du steuerst unseren Nearshore-Partner, der den operativen und infrastrukturellen Betrieb übernimmt
  • Du arbeitest an analytischen und technischen Aufgaben innerhalb des Teams mit (Hands-On-Mentalität) 
  • Du gestaltest und implementierst unsere unternehmensweite Datenstrategie, dabei konzipierst und errichtest du einen zentralen Data Shop und evaluierst moderne AWS-Technologien wie Sagemaker Unified Studio und DataMesh und führst diese ein
  • Du hast die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Teams inne und evaluierst im Zuge der Umsetzung der Datenstrategie eine Weiterentwicklung dieses Teams


Deine Stärken
  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt IT, Datenmanagement oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence, Reporting oder Datenanalyse 
  • Du kannst sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit AWS-Technologien im Datenkontext (z.B. Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation) vorweisen und hast Erfahrung im Einsatz von BI-Tools, vorzugsweise QlikSense
  • Du zeichnest dich durch erste Führungserfahrung aus oder besitzt eine ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Du besitzt eine starke Teamorientierung, stichst durch eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise hervor und überzeugst durch deine fließende Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache
