Project Engineer Molding

Your assignments:
- Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies
- Support the smooth transfer of technology related to molds and injection molding machines
- Assist in the standardization of best practices in injection molding
- Participate in global projects
- Support value streams in assessing moldability and evaluating product development costs
- Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) for injection molding-related equipment
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors and coordinate the bidding process in partnership with Procurement
- Support concept and design reviews with internal process owners and potential external suppliers
- Lead the process development for injection molding
- Support or lead Design Qualification (DQ), Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT), as well as Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) activities within CAPEX projects
- Support or lead equipment implementation
- Assist in monitoring and reporting CAPEX expenditures for each project
Your profile:
- Technical degree in mechanical engineering with practical experience in production environments
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the industry, specifically in molding processes
- Proven expertise in injection molding process development
- Familiarity with the latest injection molding machine technologies available on the market
- Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in CAD drawing (2D and 3D)
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
