If you're looking for a meaningful role in an international environment, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.Your assignments:Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of projectsContribute to the development and implementation of new technologiesSupport the smooth transfer of technology related to molds and injection molding machinesAssist in the standardization of best practices in injection moldingParticipate in global projectsSupport value streams in assessing moldability and evaluating product development costsPrepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) for injection molding-related equipmentCollaborate with suppliers and vendors and coordinate the bidding process in partnership with ProcurementSupport concept and design reviews with internal process owners and potential external suppliersLead the process development for injection moldingSupport or lead Design Qualification (DQ), Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT), as well as Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) activities within CAPEX projectsSupport or lead equipment implementationAssist in monitoring and reporting CAPEX expenditures for each projectYour profile:Technical degree in mechanical engineering with practical experience in production environmentsAt least 5 years of professional experience in the industry, specifically in molding processesProven expertise in injection molding process developmentFamiliarity with the latest injection molding machine technologies available on the marketExperience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environmentStrong analytical and conceptual thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsProficiency in CAD drawing (2D and 3D)Fluent in English and German, both written and spokenWillingness to travelOur offer for you:There is a lot you can discover at Fresenius because we have a lot to offer.
