**About the team**:
Envisioning to “Delight customers. Always.”, the Customer eXperience & Solutions (CXS) teams within the Customer Support organization engineer software products in the area of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) that helps to create the perfect experience throughout the customer journey, from discovery & implementation to go-live, for all SAP products.
SAP Cloud ALM is one the fastest growing SaaS product within SAP, that has reached 5500+ customers. team works at the intersection of user experience design and AI to build the future and help us create best in-class apps.

The User Experience (UX) team at CXS is focused on designing and creating engaging, intuitive, and effective digital experiences for customers. As a critical part of the broader Customer Experience (CX) department, the UX team works to empathetically understand and address user needs, leveraging cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights to enhance user interactions across digital platforms. The team's interdisciplinary approach combines expertise in design, psychology, and technology, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.

**What you’ll do**:
Position title: Master Thesis Development and increasing efficiency of user interaction with intelligent systems: challenges and opportunities for user experience design

Expected start date: 1st March 2025

- Joining the UX team at CXS presents a unique opportunity to actively contribute to impactful projects at the intersection of user experience and technology
- Engaging with the UX team will allow the student to refine their skills, expand their professional network, and gain valuable insights into industry practices, thus providing a strong foundation for a successful career in UX design and research.
- Contributing to the team's ongoing projects, the student can explore novel research areas and potentially shape the future of UX practices within the industry.

**Who you are**:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Passionate about user centricity and improving user experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify pain points and devise innovative solutions to enhance user satisfaction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passionate on analyzing user feedback and open minded to discuss with experts on solutions and improvements
- Language: Fluent in German and English
