Über die Position
Als
Onsite Support Engineer (Data Center) L1
bist du Teil unseres Teams, das für den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Wartung von Rechenzentrums-Infrastrukturen sorgt. Du übernimmst praktische Aufgaben im Bereich Hardware, Verkabelung und Monitoring und stellst sicher, dass unsere hohen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards eingehalten werden.

Deine Aufgaben

• Hands-on-Support für Server, Storage und Netzwerkkomponenten (z. B. Verkabelung, Hardwaretausch) in Rechenzentren
• Monitoring und Durchführung einfacher physischer Checks (Temperatur, Stromversorgung, Verkabelung)
• Allgemeine Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten gemäß Kundenanweisungen
• Unterstützung bei Hardware-Rollouts und Installationen bei Standorterweiterungen
• Durchführung von IMAC-Prozessen (Install, Move, Add, Change) für Infrastruktur-Hardware
• Dokumentation von Änderungen in Ersatzteil-, Asset- und Ticket-Systemen
• Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Zutrittsrichtlinien im Rechenzentrum
• Sicherstellung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards

Dein Profil
Kenntnisse & Skills:

• Hardware: Server (Rack/Blade), Storage-Systeme, Netzwerk-Switches, Verkabelung (Kupfer, Glasfaser)
• Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Betreuung strukturierter Netzwerkverkabelungen
• Grundkenntnisse Stromversorgung und Klimatisierung im Rechenzentrum
• Netzwerk-Basiswissen: VLAN, Routing, Switching, VPN
• Umgang mit ITSM-Systemen (z. B. ServiceNow) und Monitoring-Tools (z. B. Nagios, PRTG)
• Kenntnisse in Compliance & Sicherheit (ISO 27001, Zutrittskontrolle, Datenschutz)
• Erfahrung mit Bereitschafts- und Rufbereitschaftsdiensten

Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Infrastruktur und Hardware in Rechenzentren
• Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Rufbereitschaftsdiensten
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich
