Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Pflege einer vertrauensvollen, sozialpartnerschaftlichen Beziehung mit lokalen Betriebsräten vor Ort in unseren Stores und im Einklang mit den TJX Kulturellen Faktoren
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte zu betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Themen und Erstellung von Empfehlungen samt Risikobewertung bei mitbestimmungsrelevanten Sachverhalten.
  • Entwicklung und Abstimmung von Verhandlungsstrategien, Konzeption und Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Einigungsstellenverfahren (sofern erforderlich)
  • Prüfung und Bewertung von Betriebsratsbeschlüssen sowie Entwicklung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Handlungsoptionen
  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von personalrelevanten Prozessen, Richtlinien und Dokumentvorlagen für ein rechtssicheres und effizientes Mitbestimmungsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung einheitlicher Prozesse und Standards innerhalb unserer Stores in Deutschland in Abstimmung mit dem Manager of Employee Relations
  • Reisebereitschaft bis zu 40% innerhalb einer Region in Deutschland

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht, Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten.
  • Sicher in der standortübergreifenden Arbeit innerhalb einer Matrixstruktur und in der Kommunikation über alle Hierarchieebenen.
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz – kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Teamplayer mit Integrität und Freude daran, gemeinsam Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
