A lot has happened in the past few weeks: new partnerships, full order books, rapid growth – in short: our model works, and it works faster than expected.
Now is the perfect time to jump in: Starting in September, we're looking for an intern or working student in Sales & Business Development who wants to be part of this momentum – strategically, operationally, and right at the heart of building something new.
You'll be part of our core team, working directly with the founders, management, and partner companies. This isn't about just assisting – you'll take real ownership and actively help shape things:
- Onboarding: You'll help new partner businesses get started and ensure they're ready to launch operationally
- Lead Generation & Execution: You'll develop customer acquisition strategies, manage service providers, and implement projects with our partners
- Sales Sparring: You'll be the go-to person for our partners when it comes to sales, growth, and execution
- Improving Structures: You'll help us analyze and improve processes, tools, and workflows – hands-on and with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You'll shape real growth – in an environment where new opportunities arise daily
- You'll take on responsibility from day one – managing your own partner businesses and helping drive their success
- You'll experience how a craft business is built from the ground up – you'll be there from the start, learning everything involved and actively helping shape it
- You'll get sparring and perspective: personal coaching, honest feedback – and, if there's a good fit, the option for a permanent position
- Fluent German (C2 level) – you'll be communicating directly with our partner companies
- You're open-minded, structured, pragmatic – and curious to understand how things really work
- You're excited about entrepreneurial work, real customer contact, and visible results
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not a must
- HWG Sales Academy: Access to our new Sales Academy with regular input on best practices in sales for the skilled trades – from cold calling and objection handling to structured sales follow-ups
