Key Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the development and implementation of a global category strategy, including defining brand and product positionings. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping, executing, and overseeing projects from start to finish, including concept development, design, and launch support.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for innovation, trends, and social media. They will also have the ability to work in a team environment and present analysis and project development to top leadership.

This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including design, trend, advertising, and digital agencies, as well as operational and technical departments. International cooperation and portfolio management are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • A background in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Fluent English language skills, with German and other languages being advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences.
  • A high level of motivation, enthusiasm, and energy, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
