Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstütze unsere Bestandskunden bei ihren technischen und buchhalterischen Fragen bezüglich unserer TeamViewer Software schriftlich und telefonisch
  • Betreue unsere Kunden auf französisch
  • Bearbeite schriftliche Kundenanfragen über unser Ticketsystem
  • Arbeite eng mit unserem Customer Support Level-2-Team zusammen
  • Führe Online-Demonstrationen durch, um Kunden unsere Softwarefunktionalitäten zu erklären

Was Du mitbringst
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Französisch auf Businessniveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Windows-Anwenderkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Services und/oder Sales gerne auch durch z.B. Praktika
  • Zielstrebigkeit, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten ist Dir genauso wichtig wie Teamgeist
