Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die in dieser Schlüsselrolle die übergeordnete Verantwortung für Kundendienst & Service, Ersatzteilwesen, Distributionslogistik & Zoll sowie Kundenschulungen übernimmt, die strategische Ausrichtung der weltweiten Customer-Operations-Aktivitäten mitbestimmt sowie die reibungslose operative Umsetzung sicherstellt. Ihre Aufgaben Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer globalen Customer-Operations-Strategie zur Sicherstellung höchster Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit Definition und Steuerung von KPI-gestützten Performance- und Qualitätszielen für alle internationalen Service- und After-Sales-Aktivitäten Weiterentwicklung eines weltweiten Service- und Support-Netzwerks (Werkstätten, Partnerbetriebe, mobile Service-Teams) Enge Abstimmung mit den Tochtergesellschaften zur effektiven Steuerung der Aktivitäten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und Entwicklung zur Ableitung von Markt- und Kundenfeedback in Produktverbesserungen Initiierung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten zur Effizienzsteigerung in Serviceprozessen Führung und Weiterentwicklung von ca. 80 Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Kundendienst, Reparatur, Ersatzteilwesen, Versand und Zoll und Customer Support Direkter Ansprechpartner für Schlüsselkunden bei komplexen Servicefällen oder Eskalationen Ihre Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes relevantes Studium (Ingenieurwesen, BWL, Fahrzeugtechnik oder ähnlich) Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im internationalen Service, After-Sales, Vertrieb oder Produktmanagement für Sonderfahrzeuge, Landmaschinen, Baufahrzeuge, Kommunalfahrzeuge, mobile Geräte oder ähnlichem Gutes technisches Verständnis komplexer Fahrzeug- oder Maschinenprodukte Digitale Kompetenz und Erfahrung bei der Digitalisierung von Serviceprozessen zur Steigerung von Kundennutzen und Effizienz Starker Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Profitgenerierung Erfahrung im internationalen Projektmanagement Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Reisebereitschaft Wohnhaft in der Region oder Umzugsbereit Unser Angebot Insgesamt eine spannende Aufgabe mit direkter Anbindung an die Geschäftsführung in einem sich dynamisch entwickelnden Unternehmen.
