We're looking for an ambitious early-career talent to join Aware as a Founder's Associate, working directly with our founding team to scale our partnership ecosystem and lab network across Germany and Europe.

This role blends strategy, operations, and relationship management - ideal for someone who's curious, hands-on, and excited to operate at the heart of a fast-growing healthtech brand. You'll help drive Aware's expansion efforts by building partnerships, coordinating key strategic projects, and supporting the rollout of new locations and markets.

You'll work closely with the founders on initiatives that strengthen Aware's brand partnerships (e.g. dm, ESN, affiliates) and expand our community of influencers, health care professionals (HCPs), and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Your mission is to keep the momentum high, the communication clear, and the execution flawless - enabling Aware to grow its presence across Germany and Europe.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Expansion
  • Support the founders in executing major brand, lab, and distribution partnerships (e.g. dm, ESN, gym networks, corporate wellness)
  • Lead outreach to new partners in Germany (pharmacies, labs, health providers) to expand Aware's footprint
  • Contribute to scaling our lab network to 100+ blood draw locations in Germany and preparing for new market entries in Switzerland, Benelux, and other European regions
  • Coordinate campaign planning, partner onboarding, and performance tracking
  • Research and evaluate new partnership opportunities across fitness, diagnostics, supplements, and B2B health
Community & Ecosystem Building
  • Help manage and grow Aware's influencer, HCP, and KOL community
  • Support activations such as test campaigns, content co-creation, and testimonials
    • Map key community members and maintain an up-to-date CRM database
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to elevate authentic community storytelling Operations & Cross-Functional Projects
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and leadership teams to align initiatives and ensure operational excellence
  • Support expansion operations - from lab onboarding to partner enablement and logistics coordination
    • Track and analyze campaign and partnership performance to inform future strategy
    • Contribute to founder-led projects across business development, operations, and strategic planning
Your Profile
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-5 years experience)
  • First experience in business development, partnerships, operations, or marketing
    • Excellent communicator - fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - you make things happen
  • Genuine interest in health, diagnostics, performance, and wellness
  • Awareness of the healthcare, longevity, or influencer ecosystem is a plus
  • Excited to grow into a hybrid role that combines strategy, operations, and relationship-building
