Role Overview
As a
Founder's Associate
, you will work directly with
Saad (Founder & CEO)
as his right hand across strategy, operations, product, growth, and special projects. You'll help turn ideas into execution, unblock bottlenecks, and create leverage across the entire organisation.
This is a unique role for someone who wants to see how a high-growth company is built from the inside, touch every part of the business, and take ownership of mission-critical projects from day one.
What You'll Work On
You'll have a broad and dynamic scope — examples include:
Strategy & Leadership
- Work side-by-side with Saad on priorities, goal-setting, and company-wide alignment
- Prepare materials for investors, board updates, partnerships, and key external stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional OKRs and ensure teams are marching in the same direction
Product & Growth
- Support product experiments, user research, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with engineering/marketing/design on new product ideas and fast iterations
- Analyse data to uncover insights and opportunities across planning, subscriptions and SEO
Operations & Execution
- Identify internal bottlenecks and fix them ruthlessly
- Help with hiring, onboarding, culture initiatives, and team rituals
- Own special projects across SEO, creators, partnerships, events, or new business lines

- Communicate clearly and confidently (written + verbal)
- Can switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
- Love owning projects end-to-end without hand-holding
- Are obsessed with learning and moving quickly
- Have 1–4 years of experience in: startups, consulting, venture, product, operations, or similar fast-paced environments
Startup and AI enthusiasm is a huge plus.
