Your Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality frontend solutions using modern frontend frameworks
- Deploy,operateand monitor frontends in production environments and ensure their stability
- Lead the implementation of new features and user interfaces from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, interactive experiences
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical direction for the frontend team
- Mentor junior developers and conduct meaningful code reviews
- Optimize application performance, load times, and overall user experience
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure code quality and stability
- Research and evaluate new technologies and approaches to improve our development stack
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontends with API services
- Work closely with devops engineers to build and improve CI/CD pipelines and monitoring services
- Contribute to technical planning and product strategy discussions
Your Profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development
- Advanced proficiency with modern JavaScript and TypeScript
- Expert knowledge of React (or Vue/Angular) and state management solutions
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks/preprocessors as well as component libraries and design systems
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Knowledge of frontend build tools, package managers, and version control systems
- Familiarity with deployment tooling, CI/CDpipelinesand monitoring solutions
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Experience with automated testing methodologies for frontend applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
