HR Specialist Workday & HR Data (f/m/d)
as a temporary parental leave replacement for approximately 18 months.
Your responsibilities:

• Data Quality & HR KPIs: You are responsible for ensuring data quality in Workday and for developing HR KPIs for strategic analyses and management reporting (e.g., sustainability reports, CSRD).
• Workday System Development: You drive the further development and optimization of Workday processes, including the adjustment and testing of business processes as well as the analysis of their impact.
• Workday Module Management: You take responsibility for our Workday modules such as HCM, Absences, Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Learning.
• System Integrations & Interface Management: You manage integrations in collaboration with external consultants to continuously improve the use of Workday and seamlessly connect local systems to Workday.
• Performance Management: You coordinate the performance review processes from a system perspective in Workday.
• Compensation & Salary Rounds: You are responsible for the annual salary round, including data preparation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• User Support & Onboarding: You handle user inquiries and the ticket system for Workday usage, create user documentation, and are responsible for onboarding new entities in the system.
• Service Provider Coordination: You manage service providers, take responsibility for the budget, and ensure transparent internal cost allocation.

Your profile

• Work Experience: You have relevant professional experience with HR systems, particularly Workday.
• Analytical Mindset: You have strong analytical skills, understand HR controlling, and have experience in Workday reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Power BI.
• MS Office: You are proficient in using MS Excel and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• Soft Skills: You work precisely, reliably, and in a structured manner. You are resilient and possess a high level of communication skills and team spirit.
• Independent & Driven: You are able to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluent & Multilingual: You are fluent in English; other languages are beneficial.
