People are tired of creating new accounts, juggling passwords, and pasting wallet addresses every time they try a new product. Each extra signup slows adoption and fragments the hard-won reputation users build across communities. RnDAO's "Login to Any App" ends that pain with a single, portable identity that auto-fills personal details, bridges Web2 logins with Web3 signatures, and routes payments to human-readable handles like . Imagine one click that unlocks every tool you need—Discord, Farcaster, Notion, a DeFi wallet—while you stay in full control of what each service can see or do.

Make User-Owned Identity Ubiquitous

Your mission as co-founder is to turn that vision into a daily reality for thousands of people. You'll refine the product story, draw a clear roadmap, and lead rapid test-and-learn cycles to validate assumptions with live users. Early on, you'll white-glove onboard design-partner teams, listen obsessively to their feedback, and iterate until friction disappears. You'll also pitch the value to app builders: plug in our SDK and skip weeks of auth work, gain instant "Sign in with RnDAO" credibility, and tap into a growing pool of verified users whose identity, wallet, and reputation travel with them.

As momentum builds, you'll expand the ecosystem—closing pilot integrations with RnDAO ventures, indie apps, and established platforms. Meanwhile, you'll champion an open, documentation-first culture, recruit and mentor a high-energy team, and share milestones publicly to inspire contributors and attract investors. Long term, your goal is simple: make identity portable, private, and user-owned so building or joining a new app is as effortless as opening a browser tab.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Apply 2+ yrs building auth, wallet, or DID products at scale, and your deep grasp of DID/VC standards, key management, and entry-level ZK proofs

  • Lead a small engineering team and deliver under tight deadlines

  • Land pilot integrations and pitch to investors with clear metrics

  • Bonus: Solidity/Rust, advanced ZK, payments/KYC, DAO tooling, open-source leadership
