set the ambition
and lead your team and partners to meet it.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design strategy for Support, from internal tooling to user-facing experiences.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define and deliver a unified vision.
• Lead and coach a team of designers, raising the bar for craft, storytelling, and execution.
• Drive early-stage (0→1) initiatives and make fast, informed decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Champion AI and emerging technologies to reimagine support experiences.
• Represent design in senior discussions, influencing product and business strategy.

How You'll Work

You'll be a trusted partner to Product and Engineering leads, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical realities — while driving outcomes with speed and clarity.
