We're looking for a Design Lead to shape the future of Wolt's Support Experience — one of the most business-critical and transformative areas in our product ecosystem.

At Wolt, support isn't an afterthought — it's a core differentiator. We're investing heavily to build contextual, intelligent, and human support experiences that scale across customers, merchants, and couriers.

This is a 0→1 role, focused on creating what doesn't exist yet. You'll lead a talented team of designers to define the vision, drive strategy, and deliver exceptional experiences that blend craft, innovation, and impact.

Design at Wolt isn't a service function — it's at the heart of how we build products. Our leadership, including our CEO, deeply values design as a strategic driver. You won't need to sell its importance; your job is to set the ambition and lead your team and partners to meet it.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design strategy for Support, from internal tooling to user-facing experiences.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define and deliver a unified vision.
• Lead and coach a team of designers, raising the bar for craft, storytelling, and execution.
• Drive early-stage (0→1) initiatives and make fast, informed decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Champion AI and emerging technologies to reimagine support experiences.
• Represent design in senior discussions, influencing product and business strategy.

How You'll Work

You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning design direction and quality benchmarks within your domain.
You'll be a trusted partner to Product and Engineering leads, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical realities — while driving outcomes with speed and clarity.
