Als Intern im Bereich Organizational Growth spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Wachstum: Du sorgst dafür, dass wir außergewöhnliche Menschen finden, binden und fördern – und damit die Grundlage für unsere Performance und Kultur schaffen.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Talent Acquisition: Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von Active Sourcing bis Onboarding – und sorgst dafür, dass wir die besten Talente am Markt gewinnen.
  • Employer Branding: Du unterstützt beim Aufbau einer starken Arbeitgebermarke, entwickelst neue Formate und bringst kreative Ideen ein, um Predium als Top-Arbeitgeber zu positionieren.
  • Culture & Team Engagement: Du organisierst Team-Events, stärkst unsere Unternehmenskultur und förderst Austausch und Zusammenhalt im Team.
  • Office Management: Du stellst sicher, dass unser Office ein Ort ist, an dem Produktivität und Energie spürbar sind – effizient, organisiert und inspirierend.


Dein Profil
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Recruiting / People & Culture / Organizational Development, idealerweise in einem Start-up oder Scale-up.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, strukturiert und kannst mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig mit Fokus und Tempo vorantreiben.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest datenbasiert und liebst es, Prozesse effizienter zu machen.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität und Wirkung.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du hast 3-6 Monate Zeit für ein full-time Internship (oder part-time als Working Student).
