For our headquarters in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:

Working Student (m/f/x) - EUCAN Oncology Strategy -

  • Limited to 12 months, 20h per week -

Roles And Responsibilities:
Strategic Projects Support & Planning Process

  • Prepare project documentation, presentations, and summaries for key stakeholders
  • Help monitor timelines & deliverables in collaboration with project owners
  • Support with optimal layout and development of impactful slide decks
  • Support workshops, meetings, and reviews related to strategic planning activities

Business Operations & Coordination

  • Support the organization and coordination of EUCAN OBD leadership meetings, workshops, and events
  • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up materials
  • Support with coordination tasks such as booking appointments, meeting rooms, equipment, hotels, etc.
  • Aid in follow-up activities such as surveys, participant feedback etc.
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, calendar management, data entry, and maintaining project databases/distribution lists

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the development of internal and external presentations and communication materials for leadership and regional stakeholders.

Personal Skills And Professional Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field)
  • First experience in strategy or project management areas in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project or collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Planner, SharePoint) is an asset
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
