Ihre Aufgaben Als HR Data Analyst bei DaSi AG sind Sie verantwortlich für die Analyse und Auswertung von Personal- und Unternehmensdaten. Sie unterstützen das Vertriebsteam bei der Erstellung von Verkaufsstrategien und sind maßgeblich an der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen beteiligt. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Erstellung von Reports und Analysen zu Personal- und Unternehmensdaten
  • Identifizierung von Trends und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Verkaufsstrategien
  • Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen durch Datenanalysen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam und anderen Abteilungen

  • Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein professionelles Erscheinungsbild
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Personal- und Unternehmensdaten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Analyse-Tools und MS Office
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertrieb und Geschäftsprozessoptimierung von Vorteil
