As Group Leader Engineering, you will take on a key role in the technical leadership, strategic development, and operational management of projects in the Life Sciences and high-tech plant construction sectors. You will lead an experienced team, drive innovation, and ensure the efficient execution of complex customer projects – both nationally and internationally.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of engineers, including resource planning, task allocation, performance evaluation, and individual development.
  • Technical leadership and project support as a subject matter expert, project manager, or design manager in complex engineering projects.
  • Definition and development of standards and tools to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality in engineering.
  • Technology and competence development: Evaluate new technologies and identify development needs within the team (technical, commercial, leadership).
  • Support for business development and HR: Contribute to customer presentations, proposal preparation, recruitment, and selection of employees and partners.
  • Ensure smooth project execution by managing partners and subcontractors, monitoring team workload, and supporting operational implementation.
Show your expertise
  • A completed degree (BSc/BEng or equivalent) in process engineering, building services engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in the industry, including in a leadership role in engineering or project management.
  • Solid experience in the design and/or execution of process and cleanroom systems in regulated GMP environments.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, and experience in multinational project environments.
  • A structured, solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, organizational talent, and a strong internal and external network.
