Wir suchen eine engagierte Person im Bereich Payroll Process & Technology, die die ordnungsgemäße Funktion unserer HR IT-Systeme in Deutschland sicherstellt und innovative Lösungen für die Herausforderungen der digitalen Zukunft entwickelt. Sie unterstützen die Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs der HR IT-Systeme in Deutschland und übernehmen Verantwortung für die Erstellung der entsprechenden Prozessbeschreibungen und Dokumentationen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Analyse von Supportanfragen zu Prozessen und Systemabläufen von Zeitbeauftragten, Payroll-Sachbearbeiter*innen und Endanwender*innen im System LOGA.
  • Technischer Support sowie prozessbezogene Betreuung des Systems LOGA.
  • Unterstützung beim technischen Support für die Anwendungen WAU+ (Unfallmeldesystem), Haufe Zeugnis Manager und Magellan.
  • Mithilfe bei der Dokumentation, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Bereich Payroll & Time Management.
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Systemweiterentwicklung im Zuge der digitalen Transformation.
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, IT und externen Dienstleister*innen zur Sicherstellung effizienter und stabiler Prozessabläufe.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmannfrau, Kaufmann/-frau – Digitalisierungsmanagement oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung, oder Studium in BWL, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Payroll & Time Management, z.B. durch ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit HR-IT-Systemen, idealerweise mit LOGA oder ähnlichen Abrechnungssystemen
  • Interesse an Prozessmanagement und Analyse von Arbeitsabläufen im HR-Umfeld
  • Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge in HR-Systemen und Affinität zur Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Excel, gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word und PowerPoint)
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Projektarbeit oder agilen Methoden, z.B. aus Studienprojekten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
