About Us:
IP Innovative Power GmbH is a leading company in the field of renewable energy and innovative technology. We are seeking a dedicated Billing Manager to join our team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our billing and subsidy management processes.

Position Summary:
The Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing customer billing processes related to energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) systems, heat supply, and electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS). This role ensures compliance with subsidy programs, manages invoicing processes, and collaborates with internal teams to optimize financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage customer billing processes for energy systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

·      Oversee the invoicing process, including subsidy program adherence and financial reporting.

·      Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries, adjustments, and resolutions.

·      Maintain and update financial records, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

·      Support the finance department with data collection, validation, and archiving.

·      Utilize software platforms like Dynamics and SharePoint for efficient process control.

Your Profile:

·      Strong experience in billing management, financial operations, or utility management.

·      Proficiency in invoicing systems and knowledge of subsidy compliance.

·      Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

·      Strong communication skills in German and English.

·      Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
