Über die Rolle

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die als Senior Enterprise Project Manager (m/w/d) komplexe Projekte im Riverty-Ökosystem leitet und einige unserer größten Kunden, insbesondere im Telekommunikationsbereich, begleitet.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für Projekte über den gesamten Abrechnungs-Lifecycle – von Payment über Billing und Accounting bis hin zum Inkasso. Dein Ziel: eine reibungslose Integration, effektive Koordination und erfolgreiche Bereitstellung unserer Enterprise-Lösungen sicherstellen.

Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams und Kunden-Stakeholdern zusammen, um skalierbare, leistungsstarke Lösungen zu realisieren, die fachlich überzeugen und echten Mehrwert schaffen. Dabei bringst du nicht nur Projektmanagement-Exzellenz mit, sondern verstehst auch die fachlichen Zusammenhänge – und willst diese aktiv mitgestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

Übernimm die Leitung anspruchsvoller Enterprise-Projekte über den gesamten Abrechnungs-Lifecycle – von der Anforderungsanalyse und dem Design bis zur Implementierung und dem Support nach dem Go-Live.Sei die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen während der gesamten Projektphase – mit Fokus auf Zielklarheit, Transparenz und Ergebnisorientierung.Koordiniere mehrere parallel laufende Projekte über verschiedene Systeme hinweg: plane Budgets, steuere interne und externe Ressourcen, manage Abhängigkeiten und Risiken – und halte dabei stets den Überblick.Arbeite eng mit internen Teams wie Development, Operations und Account Management zusammen, um reibungslose Übergaben und nachhaltige operative Stabilität sicherzustellen.Berate fachlich zu Abrechnungsprozessen sowie Systemintegration und -konfigurationen.Baue eine vertrauensvolle Partnerschaft mit unseren Kund*innen auf, verstehe ihre strategischen Ziele und agiere als proaktiver Business Advisor, der Optimierungspotenziale erkennt und Wachstum fördert.Treibe die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Projektmanagement-Methoden und Kundenzufriedenheit aktiv voran.

Dein Profil

Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im IT- oder Enterprise-Projektmanagement – idealerweise im Telekommunikationssektor oder in komplexen B2B-Umgebungen.Nachgewiesene Expertise in Billing-, Invoicing- und/oder Accounting-Systemen.Fundiertes Verständnis komplexer Enterprise-Projektlandschaften und Schnittstellenumgebungen.Ausgezeichnete Stakeholder-Management- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, auf allen Ebenen zu überzeugen – vom Entwicklerteam bis zur Geschäftsführung.Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Deutsch (C1 oder höher) und Englisch (C1).Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands (i.W. NRW).
