This is an onsite position in Berlin, Germany

TastyUrban is a fast-growing multi-brand food franchise that collaborates with internationally

acclaimed chefs to develop market-leading, delivery-first food concepts. These innovative brands

are licensed to local restaurant partners, allowing us to seamlessly integrate exceptional culinary

experiences into delivery platforms. With a current portfolio of four distinct food brands, we are

redefining convenience dining through creativity and exceptional customer engagement. As a

Finance Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in our finance operations ensuring that

our company runs at the highest possible level of excellence. You will be owing recurring tasks

and finance operational projects reporting to the Head of Finance

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the continuous development and automatization of our financial

processes and controlling systems throughout the company.

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable

supporting month end close procedures

  • Support our bi-weekly billing cycle and monitor the performance of our partner

restaurants in Germany and Finland.

  • Utilize, Implement and optimize financial tools and workflows to improve efficiency.

  • Support finance-related operational topics during our expansion in Germany and Finland.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in financial operations, financial administration including

accounts payable and receivable, billing management

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Excellent cross-functional communication skills; fluent in English (C1); German (C1) are

required

  • Solid knowledge in accounting in accordance with German standards (HGB); familiarity

with Finnish accounting standards is a plus but not mandatory

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Affinity for AI tools for process implementation is a must.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Workspace.

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably DATEV

  • Startup Experience is a plus
