Your Mission InvolvesDriving growth in our technical consulting services, opening new opportunities across OTT, PayTV, telcos, device manufacturers, and broadcasters.
Guiding enterprise customers through solution-based selling, connecting our expertise in DRM, CAS, forensic watermarking, encoding, packaging, and workflow automation to their business goals.
Cultivating trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning Castlabs as a long-term strategic partner.
Leading complex sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and closure, with a sharp eye on margins and recurring business.
Working hand in hand with our technical specialists to design tailored consulting proposals for clients.
Representing Castlabs at industry events, building networks, and showcasing our consulting expertise.
Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity to help shape our strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in media technology, SaaS, or consulting.
Proven success in consultative, solution-driven selling.
Strong technical grasp of streaming workflows, content protection, playback systems, and monetization strategies.
Ability to build and manage relationships across international markets.
Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Comfortable navigating both strategic planning and hands-on deal execution.
