community. Right now, we are looking for a Regional Sales Director (m/f/d) to join our team at KNIME in Berlin or Konstanz.*

Who you are

With at least five years of experience in sales leadership, you have a deep understanding of sales
processes and demonstrate proficiency in sales planning and coaching. The value we provide to our customers is at the center of your sales strategy. 

Your experience in the software space further enhances your capability to excel in this role. Your excellent English and German language skills ensure effective communication and negotiation.
In addition to these hard skills, you bring strong soft skills. You are highly organized and structured, with exceptional communication abilities. Your proven leadership skills, collaborative mindset, and effective teamwork make you an invaluable asset to our EMEA customers team.

You excel in decision making, high impact communication, hiring and recruiting, accountability, and have the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others. Your strategic thinking and planning skills further contribute to your effectiveness in this role.

That's the job

As the leader for our EMEA region customers, you will lead a team of an account solution engineer, account managers and customer success managers. At KNIME, you will play a critical role in developing regional sales strategies and ensuring revenue growth for our EMEA region customers.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing 90 days sales plans, strategic account plans and maintaining executive relationships with key customers in Europe and identifying opportunities to expand our customer base.

Your responsibilities will include actively participating in meetings with our customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their individual requirements.

In collaboration with an Account Solution Engineer and other KNIMErs on your team, you will coach your team to contribute to the preparation of proposals, demos and use case reviews to showcase the value of KNIME software. In addition, you will provide strategic input to internal discussions and ensure that customer needs are aligned with our overall goals.
