We are a Munich-based buy-and-build platform executing a fast-paced consolidation across multiple sectors.

Role Summary

You will architect and implement the group's shared digital infrastructure — CRM, invoicing, BI and workflow automation across all operating companies. You'll work directly with the founder and integration team to turn multiple systems into one connected ecosystem — lean, transparent and built for scale.

Key Responsibilities


• Design and deploy a unified CRM and invoicing framework


• Build BI dashboards for management (EBIT, DSCR, FCF tracking)


• Automate reporting, approvals and workflow logic for group operations


• Ensure full data transparency and integration readiness for new acquisitions


• Lead vendor selection, implementation and internal rollout within 30 days

Ideal Profile


• 12 + years in systems architecture, ERP/CRM integration or digital transformation


• Fluent in German and English; hands-on builder mindset (no ivory tower)


• Experience with SME environments, M&A integration or shared-services design


• Prefers speed over politics — delivers, measures, improves
