subrosa is the exclusive partner for building the DACH team for Cytokinetics—including the sales structure in Germany. We are looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Manager – South Germany (m/f/d) who wants to actively shape the market entry and become part of an innovative, fast-growing environment.

Your Mission

As
Regional Sales Manager South
, you'll lead the commercial rollout in Southern Germany. You'll recruit and develop a high-performing sales team, drive regional strategy, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and take full ownership of your region—with the freedom to shape, build, and grow.

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead a team of Key Account Managers
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with national goals
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and key accounts
  • Collaborate across medical, market access, and marketing teams
  • Ensure compliance and promote ethical sales practices

Who You Are

You're a seasoned commercial leader with:

  • 10+ years in pharma or biotech sales, including regional leadership
  • Experience launching products and driving growth
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel extensively across your region

You're curious, driven, and ready to build something meaningful from the ground up.
