Proclinical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team in Germany. This position supports a company that develops advanced technologies used in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and related conditions. These solutions are trusted by specialists worldwide to address complex cases in cardiac and thoracic surgery, and the company is also expanding into therapies for pain management. Position Overview

This is a
field-based sales role
in Germany (not managerial) focused on driving adoption of a specialized cryo ablation therapy used in cardiac and thoracic procedures to treat pain following procedures. The role involves direct engagement with hospitals, including operating room support, training clinical staff, and building strong relationships with surgical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory to meet targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and contacts within hospitals
  • Provide clinical support during procedures and follow-up care
  • Expand usage within existing accounts to grow the base business
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align with broader sales strategies
  • Share market insights and feedback with the marketing team
  • Attend relevant industry events and trade shows
  • Manage territory activity and maintain accurate records
  • Navigate hospital access requirements and compliance protocols
  • Operate confidently within the operating room environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Sales experience in cardiac or thoracic medical fields is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with neuromodulation technologies is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% depending on territory needs
  • Fluent in English and German
