Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt besetzen wir die Position des Head of Legal mit direkter Berichtslinie an CEO/CFO. Flache Hierarchien, flexible Arbeitszeiten und Arbeitsplatzmodelle bilden den attraktiven Rahmen für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabenstellung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prüfung, Erstellung und Verhandlung verschiedener Vertragsdokumente auf nationaler/internationaler Ebene
  • Steuerung der unterstützenden Rechtsanwaltskanzleien national/international
  • Bearbeitung von juristischen Fragestellungen aus unterschiedlichen Rechtsgebieten (u.a. Wettbewerbsrecht, IT-Recht, Urheberrecht, Markenrecht, internationales Handelsrecht und Patentrecht)
  • Juristische Beratung der Geschäftsführung und der Fachabteilungen in verschiedensten Rechtsgebieten
  • Juristische Umsetzung und Überwachung von wettbewerbsrechtlichen Anforderungen an Online-Shops
  • Bearbeitung anhängiger Rechtsfälle aus unterschiedlichen Rechtsgebieten
  • Beratung der Geschäftsführung in strategischen Fragestellungen
  • Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von nationalen und internationalen Anmeldeverfahren im Bereich der gewerblichen Schutzrechte
  • Motivation, Förderung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter

Ihr Profil

  • Volljurist oder abgeschlossenes Master-Studium in Rechtswissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Wirtschaftsjurist/in aus einem vergleichbaren Umfeld aus Kanzleien oder der Industrie, (Online)-Handel, FMCG-Branche etc.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im internationalen Vertragsmanagement
  • Hohes Maß an Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit, sehr gute Kommunikations-Skills sowie Organisationstalent
  • Gestandene, gestaltende und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit exzellenter Verhandlungsstärke
  • Fähigkeit, "out of the box" zu denken und agieren
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft
