Established in 1999, ICBC Frankfurt Branch plays a key role by providing a wide range of financial services to local clients and contributing to the global strategic positioning of the Group.

The General Administration Department at ICBC Frankfurt Branch is mainly responsible for ensuring effective HR management within the branch as well as the smooth functioning of various administrative tasks and supporting services.

Aufgaben

  • Responsible for onboarding training of new employees, as well as the design and implementation of training programs for employees in different position.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to recruit talents based on business and departmental hiring needs.
  • Handle various internal management tasks and assist the HR teams with other daily matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the branch values and goals.
  • Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling legal matters as needed.

Profil

  • Bachelor/Master in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years working experience in HR roles preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German.
