We're looking for a motivated Account Executive (m/f/d) to drive go-to-market strategies and operational excellence at one of our Ecosystem Companies.

With a team of 80+ FTEs across Europe (Berlin HQ), China, and India, the company is rapidly scaling toward profitability, driving triple-digit million GMV, and setting new industry standards in autonomous, AI-powered supply chain orchestration.
In this role, you'll:
- Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers
- Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process
- Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions
- Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
- Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution
- Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and contribute to the development of compliance protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- You have prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You demonstrate excellent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
