Are you thrilled by user experencience and IT topics? Then join our team and take care of our users and improve their experience with our services and IT tools.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Take care of over internal users and improve their experience with our IT products and services
• Collaborate with product and service owners to monitor and push the progress of their UX actions
• Report the status of activities that improve the user experience to national and international stakeholders, including senior management
• Analyze technical, incident and feedback data from different tools (Service Now, Nexthink, Qualtrics) and carve out main polluters as well as other significant findings
• Translate numbers, data and facts into content-related improvement potential and derive meaningful actions with the collaboration of service and product owners
• International stakeholder management with the clear target to improve the user centricity

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Many years of professional working experience in relevant positions
• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Strong project management skills
• Fluent in German and English
• High willingness to travel regularly in Europe
