. Das Unternehmen entwickelt, baut und betreibt wettbewerbsfähige Clean Power Assets und verfügt seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 2019 über ein Portfolio von rund 6 GW an Solar-, Wind- und Batteriespeicherprojekten, davon ca. 1,9 GW im Bau oder bereits in Betrieb.

Deine Aufgaben:

Der Project Development Manager berichtet direkt an den Country Lead Germany. Die Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, neue Projektmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren, bestehende Projekte zu entwickeln und diese von der frühen Phase über Planung und Genehmigung bis hin zur Baureife zu führen. Zusätzlich umfasst die Rolle die Betreuung von M&A-AktivitätenEntwicklung der Projektpipeline und Identifizierung neuer Chancen; Sicherung geeigneter Standorte, Genehmigungen und Netzanschlüsse für BESS-, Wind- und Solarprojekte

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Partnerschaften sowie Stakeholder-Management (u. a. Netzbetreiber/TSOs/DSOs, Kommunen, Grundstückseigentümer, Versorger)
  • Steuerung von Aufgaben im Bereich Netzanschluss und Genehmigungen
  • Sicherstellung der Projektwirtschaftlichkeit und Unterstützung bei Finanzmodellen und Beschaffung
  • Mitwirkung an Projektfinanzierungen
  • Optimierung von Business Cases (CAPEX/OPEX, Netzthemen, Curtailment-Risiken)
  • Durchführung von Ausschreibungen und Begleitung von M&A-Opportunitäten
  • Beitrag zur Gesamtstrategie im deutschen Markt

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von großskaligen Erneuerbare-Energie-Projekten (Erfahrung in einem Developer oder IPP), BESS-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen Genehmigungs- und Planungsverfahren
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Umgang mit TSOs/DSOs in Deutschland
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaft
  • Stark ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kommunen, Grundstückseigentümern, Behörden, Partnern und Finanzierungsinstitutionen
  • Analytische und organisatorische Stärke, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen (z. B. Französisch) sind von Vorteil
