Konvo is hiring a Founder's Associate to work directly with Guillem (CEO) across operations, GTM, and company-building.

This is a force-multiplier role: 50% building repeatable systems across GTM, CS, investor reporting, hiring, and 50% parachuting into high-impact company priorities — fundraising prep, tooling migrations, hiring key roles, growth experiments, or closing operational gaps.

This role is perfect for a hungry, hands-on operator - you're likely early into your career, want to have ownership and grow from day 0, and you aim at building a company of your own.

Tasks

Your goal is to help make Konvo faster, sharper, and more scalable by owning company-critical operations and projects that help us level up.

Operational Backbone (50%)

Build and own core operating systems:

  • GTM & Customer Success Ops: work with team leads to structure funnels, dashboards, reporting and pipeline rigor
  • Investor Comms → own monthly updates, board prep, data room, and metric proof points
  • Company Rythm → run OKRs, weekly reporting, execution cadence, and documentation

High-Impact Projects (50%)

Parachute into mission-critical founder priorities:

  • CRM Migration or Workflow Automation (HubSpot power user preferred)
  • Fundraising Prep: work on the narrative, investor materials, and proof metrics
  • Expansion Experiments: lead quick tests into new markets or acquisition channels
  • People Ops: own end-to-end hiring pipeline for key roles to ensure stellar candidate experience
  • If a project is strategically critical and no one owns it yet — you do.
Requirements
  • Proven Ability to Execute: You have 1–3 years of experience in competitive and performance-driven environments (e.g., tier 1 consulting, investment banking, business development) where analytical excellence, speed, execution and ownership are crucial
  • Academic Excellence: You have a BSc in Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
  • Operator DNA: you think in systems, process, and execution
  • Owner mindset: you move fast and don't wait for permission
  • Bias for Action: You'd rather bring an 80 % solution live today, than a perfect next month
  • Analytical Excellence: strong with spreadsheets, metrics, and business models
  • AI Native: you live in AI tools and workflows to work 3x faster
