Asset Management – Investment – Research Analyst

Role Description

As a Research Analyst in Asset Management and Investment, you will play a key role in driving informed investment decisions through rigorous research, analytical insight, and data-driven evaluation. Your primary focus will be on conducting in-depth financial analysis, assessing market trends, and generating actionable investment recommendations that align with the firm's strategic objectives. You will work closely with portfolio managers and senior analysts to identify opportunities across asset classes, industries, and regions, while maintaining a disciplined approach to risk management and portfolio diversification.

In this position, you will collect and interpret complex financial data, evaluate company performance, and build financial models to forecast returns, growth potential, and valuation metrics. You will monitor macroeconomic indicators, sector dynamics, and capital market developments to anticipate shifts that may impact investment performance. Your research will contribute to the creation of investment strategies that optimize returns and manage risk in both short-term and long-term horizons.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the use of analytical tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet, or Python/R.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements, assess company fundamentals, and perform both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering clear, concise, and persuasive investment insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with ESG principles, alternative investments, or global market trends is an advantage.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented investment environment.
