Werkstudent (w/m/d) Seller Community

(schnellstmöglich, für 6-12 Monate, Hybrid work model, part time)

Du wirst Teil des "Seller Engagement"-Teams in Dreilinden sein, wo der Fokus auf spannenden Projekten und Programmen im Zusammenhang mit dem gewerblichen Verkaufen auf eBay liegt. In dieser Rolle hast Du die Möglichkeit, Innovation und Wachstum in einem wichtigen Bereich voranzutreiben: dem Bereich Seller Community. Hier geht es um die Kommunikations- und Marketing Kampagnen und den Aufbau einer HändlerInnen Community für eBay in Deutschland. Die Mission des Teams ist es, professionelle Verkäufer:innen zu aktivieren, zu binden und langfristig zu halten, indem die strategischen Prioritäten von eBay klar, konsistent und messbar im deutschen Markt kommuniziert werden.

Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest eigenständig mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams innerhalb des deutschen und globalen eBay Teams und unterstützt ganzheitliche Projektimplementierungen und Kommunikation, von Beginn, bis zum Projektabschluss
  • Mitwirkung bei der Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von Go-To-Market Aktivitäten zu zentralen strategischen Schwerpunkten für gewerbliche Verkäufer:innen
  • Unterstützung im Kampagnenmanagement, Contentplanung- und Veröffentlichung für verschiedene Themenbereiche der B2B Channel
  • Erstellung wöchentlicher Reportings, zB über Marketingkampagnen, Kanäle und Seller Insights

Qualifikationen

  • Hervorragende akademische Leistungen (Bachelor/Master), vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Marketing, Kommunikation usw.
  • Gutes Verständnis für E-Commerce, Marketing und Projektmanagement
  • Starke organisatorische Kompetenzen, und Motivation, in einem dynamischen, globalen Umfeld zu lernen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im teamübergreifenden Stakeholder-Management
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Präsentationsfähigkeiten und die aktive Dokumentation von Aktivitäten und Ergebnissen
  • Fließende Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
  • Kenntnisse in Monday, Figma Excel und PowerPoint sind ein Plus
