ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of our Location Team at Base Berlin ONE which is the heart of our operations. The team looks after our community of co-livers and co-workers and aims to deliver a great experience to everyone at The Base.
- You will create handover protocols for our apartments and check their maintenance and cleanliness status, to ensure our residents always move into a spotless home
- You will create social media content together with our marketing team
- You will support our hotel guests when making bookings, checkin in or out and answering questions about the area and Berlin in general
- You will help to plan and execute events for our community as well as external companies who book our spaces
- You will work with our property management systems, our CRM system and other operational apps
- You will help with general office management tasks, like materials orders or filing
- You serve our guests with coffee specialties, soft drinks, cocktails and small snacks
YOUR PROFILE
- You already have experience in a related area. Or not. Convince us that you are a host at heart.
- You genuinely love working with people. You enjoy open communication, are fluent in English (written and spoken, German is a plus) and you are a friendly and outgoing person face to face
- You are happy to work in a startup environment and have a strong “hands-on” mentality.
- You are comfortable working with a computer and different types of software.
