We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic
Business Analyst
to support data-driven decision-making and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and decision-making.
  • Support project teams by translating business needs into functional specifications.
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of business solutions and systems.
  • Monitor performance metrics and evaluate the impact of business changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Experience working with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
