About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiter who can operate across both technical and go-to-market (GTM) hiring. This role will own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and product roles while also partnering closely with leadership to scale GTM teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product, Data, AI/ML) and GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, RevOps)

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans

  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple functions

  • Run structured interview processes and help ensure consistent, high-signal hiring decisions

  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end, from first outreach through offer and close

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both technical and GTM functions

  • Collaborate with People Ops on hiring processes, tooling, and continuous improvement

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-hire, candidate quality)

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech startups

  • Proven experience recruiting for both technical and GTM roles

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess talent with hiring managers

  • Experience hiring for GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, Growth, or Customer Success

  • Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and context-switch across multiple role types

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes as you go

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in AI, SaaS, or developer-focused products

  • Experience partnering directly with founders or exec leadership

  • Exposure to international or distributed hiring
